Hermes — Terms of Service

1. Scope
Hermes is a private, single-user automation tool operated by its owner for personal use. It is not a commercial product and is not offered, licensed, or made available to any other person or organisation.
2. No warranty
Hermes is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. It is a personal tool and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
Hermes accesses only data belonging to its owner, and only with the owner's explicit consent. It is not intended for use by, on behalf of, or on data belonging to any third party.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner of Hermes accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the tool. There are no third-party users to whom such liability could extend.
5. Relationship to Google services
Hermes uses Google APIs as an independent client. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google. Use of Google services remains governed by Google's own terms, and access may be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
